The fee agreement includes routine private practice therapy charges based on a Sliding Scale. A specific rate will be quoted after our phone consultation, including ability to pay/sliding scale based on need.
All cash rate fees will be collected in full at time-of-service payable by cash, check, or credit card. I also accept Health Savings Accounts.
